One of the largest home improvement retailers in the U.S. was finding it difficult to maintain brand compliance across centers. The organization was looking for an onsite creative services team in the Corporate HQ to deliver innovative, creative design solutions. Besides visual impact and relevance, the creative assets would have to evolve with the changing business requirements.

The RRD GO Creative™ team of creative and design experts developed diverse visuals across a variety of applications in-store, while adhering closely to the client’s established brand guidelines. We also built a full-strength team comprising account management, creative, operations, project management, and production professionals to develop and execute work from creative briefs through file release. Initially residing onsite as a facilities management team, the engagement evolved to include nearsite support for dynamic business needs. Today, the account and creative teams reside onsite, while the execution team resides at RRD’s studio in Atlanta.
