A multinational professional services network, a Big-4 accounting firm, with operations in 150+ global locations with 230,000+ professionals, relied on multiple vendors for their document, editorial, design, creative, presentation, web, and video production services. Managing multiple service channels was labor-intensive, time-consuming, expensive, and inefficient.

RRD developed a business model that drew upon an ideal mix of trained resources as well as technology and information security infrastructure. We established a dedicated Center of Excellence to address new technology requirements in animation, presentations, motion graphics, video, web, and AI products. The team also set up standardized PowerPoint templates and automation solutions for financial statements and internal e-mail communications as well as a 'Knowledge Center' for all production-related queries. Using Metrics 2.0, a proprietary, fully secure, intelligent, and customizable workflow tool, unified communication, document sharing, queue monitoring, reports generation, and feedback submission, and provided transparency in workflow among all client offices and RRD's offshore center.
