Mike is an innovative senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams within the BPO industry. In his current role, Mike is the head of sales and account management for RR Donnelley’s GO Creative division, overseeing $300MM in revenue. Mike brings a unique blend of commercial, strategic, and transformation expertise within the Professional Services vertical, given his diversified background and experience.

Mike joined RR Donnelley in 2014 and has held various roles, including Vice President of Service Delivery. In that role, Mike was responsible for North American operations with oversight of 950 employees. Mike led the integration of two business units within RR Donnelley during the pandemic, and his team received industry and client recognition for business continuity and resiliency during that critical period. Before this role, Mike focused on consultative sales and high touch, customized outsourcing solutions, working primarily with clients in the Legal vertical.

Prior to joining RR Donnelley, Mike spent 15 years with Williams Lea in various leadership roles where he was responsible for operational oversight of multi-service / multi-location Legal, IB, and Corporate client engagements, including the organization’s largest global law firm account with 150+ employees across ten lines of business.

Mike attended Northeastern University as an undergraduate and earned an MBA from Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management.
